Who we are
Meshly Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17373077. We are the data controller for any personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at meshlyltd@gmail.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, loads no external fonts or trackers, and has no forms. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — such as IP addresses and requested pages — for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are held by the provider under their own retention policy and are not used by us to build any profile of you.
If you email us
When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has chosen to contact us.
Correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records we are required to keep under UK company and tax law are kept for as long as that law requires. After that, correspondence is deleted.
Who else sees it
Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), so messages you send us are processed on Google's infrastructure. We use an accountant for statutory bookkeeping and filing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- ask for data you gave us in a portable format
Email meshlyltd@gmail.com to exercise any of these and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
